Q: I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest?
Our products are made by many different craftspeople who work from various states throughout the country, and they all have different production times. Your necklace from Arkansas may arrive before your hand-stitched pillow from North Carolina does…it’s normal.
Q: When will my item be here?
All of the items have different production times and shipping speeds. At the bottom of each product page you should find the “shipping timeframe,” this is the amount of time that passes from when your order is placed until it leaves the vendor’s hands.
Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
We don’t offer tracking numbers for every item. To keep your shipping costs low, many vendors ship via USPS Regular Ground Shipping. If you feel like your item has had more than enough time to make it to you and it still has not arrived, then we welcome you to contact us at email@example.com with your order number, and we will locate the package for you.
Q: What is your return policy?
Exchanges and returns on un-worn, non-custom items are welcome. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you sorted out.
Q: Can I order a longer chain for my necklace? Or add another charm? Or any other customization?
