Glicco’s Pasta Gravy
Mamma Mia! We’re proud to welcome Elbow Foods to the Bourbon & Boots family. Glicco Pasta Gravy is a premium all-natural sauce made with only simple, basic ingredients: fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, bell pepper, and honey & herbs. Derek learned how to make it from his grandmother, who learned from her mother-in-law. It’s been prepared the same way for four generations.
Please, don’t just think of it for spaghetti. What a shame that would be.
Use it for lasagna, manicotti, pizza, chicken/veal/eggplant parmesan, etc. It also works great as a dipping sauce for breadsticks. When serving over pasta, add ground meat, meatballs, chicken, or Italian sausage.
