These boxes are made of 100% recycled material (80% post consumer recovered fiber) and are 100% recyclable. The bow is made of 100% natural fiber crinkle paper from managed forests that is colored with water soluble inks. The product inside is protected by all natural and 100% biodegradable premium grade wood excelsior.

Why: Whispering Willow made the decision when we first started this company to focus on as many natural options as possible.  With that in mind, they use organic oils in all products and exclusively use essential oils – there are no synthetic fragrance oils.  Additionally, they only purchase sustainably harvested palm oil for products.   They have recently discontinued a very popular line of lotion because it was only 99.5% natural.  .5% may seem like a small number but it was a huge deal for them.  Whispering Willow has basically decided that if they can’t make it using natural ingredients, they won’t make it.  Simple.  They like simple.
