We first introduced you to Groovy Green Glass of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina when we featured their recycled wine bottle glasses. Now we're excited to carry these cool tumblers made of reclaimed 1 liter Absolut Vodka bottles. Heck, they can even double as vases. Groovy Green was birthed in a Myrtle Beach garage. Starting as an experiment, it grew into a passion, then became a mission, finally landing on general creative badassery. After breaking what seemed to be a ton of bottles, they spawned a method that allowed used wine bottles to be repurposed and upcycled into stylish, wine bottle glasses. It's a partnership that we wish more cities across the South could make " teaming up with area restaurants to turn glass bottles into beautiful items. According to Groovy, "Glass takes over a million years to break down in a landfill. Since there is no safer product to contain food and drinks, we felt that these bottles deserved a second chance.
