• 5 oz Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce : made from an old family recipe. It’s different from the typical Louisiana hot sauce because it’s made from fresh peppers and is cooked with spices to bring out the full flavor. Then it is aged until fully mellowed, thick and rich.
• 5 oz Panola Jalapeno Pepper Sauce:  made from the same recipe as the Gourmet Pepper Sauce. The difference in the two is the peppers that they use. This sauce is made from Jalapeno peppers then cooked to bring out the fullest of flavor.
• 5 oz. Panola All Natural Clearly Hot Sauce: a transparent blend of Louisiana’s most popular spices, peppers, onions and garlic. This original clear sauce is mild enough for the whole family, yet tasty enough to compliment almost any food.
• 5 oz Panola Spicy & Sweet Mango Sauce: gives foods like chicken, fish, rice, shrimp and egg rolls a delightfully exciting taste. It’s an exotic blend of mango, habanero peppers, passionfruit, lemon, brown sugar and cane vinegar.
