The Apricot Lady was introduced to via Robert Hess’ The Cocktail Spirit channel on the Small Screen Network. Hess is a mixologist, historian, and lecturer, and we learned how to dry-shake an egg-white (or aquafaba) cocktail from him in the video for this drink.
The Apricot Lady is a cocktail made by blending together egg white, light rum, apricot liqueur and lime juice. This drink has a sweet-and-sour taste which makes it popular among people who love cocktails that are fruity.
1 ¼ ounce Light Rum
1 ounce Apricot-Flavored Brandy
1 tsp Triple Sec
1 tsp Lime Juice
1 Egg White
1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
2. Add an orange slice. Serve in an Old-Fashioned Glass.
