Bahama Breeze was launched in 1995 in Orlando, Florida. It has since opened its restaurants in 36 states coast-to-coast. The story begins when a restaurant entrepreneur from Jamaica visited Orlando for the very first time and walked into the Bahama Village Marketplace. He was taken by the natural beauty of the Caribbean islands and saw that there were no restaurants serving traditional Jamaican cuisine or drinks. So he created one called Bahama Breeze - a restaurant which started to serve fresh island food and tropical drinks. It is the ultimate destination for fun, dining and good times.
1 ounce dark rum
1/2 ounce banana liqueur
1/2 ounce apricot liqueur
1/2 ounce coconut rum
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce grenadine
1. Combine the ingredients in a blender with ice cubes and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the blended drink over ice cubes in a chilled highball glass.
3. Garnish the cocktail with an orange twist and maraschino cherry.
