The Banana Cow is a cocktail invented in the 1920s. It was first published in 1930 by Hugo Ensslin in “Recipes for Mixed Drinks”. It is a new twist on a classic. This drink is made with a base of rum and cream, and mixed with bananas, strawberries, and sparkling water. Garnished with freshly grated Nutmeg and banana slice.

1 ounce Light Rum
1 ounce Crème de banana
1 ½ ounce Heavy cream
½ tsp Grenadine
Banana slice, freshly grated nutmeg
1. Shake with crushed ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with banana slice on glass rim and top with nutmeg.
3. Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
