Cuban No. 2 cocktail

This is a classic cocktail from the 1920s. It was invented by Constantino Ribalaigua Vert at The Biltmore Hotel in Havana, Cuba. In fact it’s so famous that many people believe it originated there.

Spirits Used:


1 ½ ounce Brandy
½ ounce Light Rum
½ ounce Apricot-Flavored Brandy
½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice


1. Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
2. Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
