The cucumber-mint vodka sour is a cocktail traditionally made with gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and the addition of cucumbers and mint. The drink was popular in the United States in the 1950s before falling out of popularity. This cocktail is a delicious drink that is refreshing and has a slightly sweet flavor. The Cucumber-Mint Vodka Sour cocktail has been around for years and adds an interesting twist to the normal vodka sour.
Some variations of this traditional recipe include adding apricot brandy, peach schnapps or even orange liqueur. Sometimes these variations can be made by simply substituting one ingredient for another.
