A Dark ’n’ Stormy is a highball cocktail made with dark rum and ginger beer served over ice and garnished with a slice of lime. It is often said that this cocktail was created in Bermuda around 1930. The drink has rum, ginger beer, lime juice, and sometimes bitters. It is unclear who invented this cocktail but it may have been the bartender at the Beach Club Hotel in Bermuda.

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Squeeze one of the lime wedges into the glass.

4. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
