The gin Daisy cocktail is a well-known cocktail that was first served in the late 1800s, and has since become one of the most iconic cocktails of all time. It’s unclear who invented the Gin Daisy cocktail. The earliest mention of this drink was in 1892, but it wasn’t until 1914 that the drink became popular because of its name association with the popular song “Daisy Bell (Bicycle Built for Two)” by Harry Dacre.
