Mango Bay Breeze is a cocktail with a tropical flavor and has been around for about 30 years. It was first introduced in 1988 by the Tourism Board of Jamaica and was named after the bay on the island of Montego Bay where it was first served.
It is typically made with vodka, light rum, mango, pineapple juice and cranberry juice. Some variations of the drink include adding grenadine or pineapple chunks. It’s delicious when mixed with any fruit juice or cola, and makes the perfect cocktail for any occasion.
1 ounce mango juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
2 ounces vodka
Lime wheel for garnish
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the mango juice, pineapple juice, and vodka.
2. Add ice and shake to chill.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
