Melon Coconut Shooter

The Melon Coconut Shooter is a cocktail that was invented by the bartenders at the Dukes Hotel in Negril, Jamaica. The drink was first served during a party hosted by Canadian heiress Anne-Marie Walters and her husband Charles Spittal Beatty, who owned resorts on both coasts of Jamaica. It now has become one of the most popular drinks in bars all over the world. It is a great tropical fruit-infused shooter for your next party. This recipe makes 2 shooters and is best served in shot glasses.
