Prado

Prado is the most refined of tequila cocktails. It is often considered the drink of experts and is best served in a coupette glass. It is one of the few traditional drinks made using tequila and egg whites. It has originated at Mexico City's renowned Del Prado Hotel, which was demolished after suffering significant damage during the 1985 earthquake. The lovely pink hue is evocative of other well-known cocktails made with grenadine and egg whites, such as the Clover Club and September Morn, but the mild bitter sweetness of the tequila gives this drink a deliciously distinct flavor.
