Redcurrant Lychee Martini

The Redcurrant Lychee Martini is a delicious cocktail with sweet, fruity undertones and a kick of alcohol. The name of this cocktail is derived from the fruit juice (redcurrants) and the liquor (lychee). It was created by bartender Tony Abou-Ganim for his 2001 book, “The Modern Mixologist”. He also added vodka to it, which was not an original ingredient. This drink is very popular in bars and nightclubs because it is easy to make and delicious. So, it's perfect for relaxing on the weekends or serving to friends for game night.
