Rum Sour is a cocktail that has two types of rum in it. It was created in the early 1900s when bartenders would use their own homemade sour mix, so they would add it to their own homemade rum, which was more tart and flavorful than what most bartenders had access to at the time. The sour taste of this drink makes it unique and refreshing. It can be served in most bars, pubs or restaurants to customers looking for something new and special.
