Sea Breeze Fizz Cocktail is a cocktail made from vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice and club soda. The cocktail was created by bartender Dick Bradsell in 1979. This drink was originally called "Sea Breeze" because it also contained grapefruit juice which was strained out for lack of availability. It is a low calorie, low carb and low sugar cocktail with just 9 calories per serving. This refreshing drink is made of cranberry juice, vodka and sparkling grapefruit water.
1½ ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1½ ounce diet cranberry cocktail
1½ ounces vodka
6 ounces diet ginger ale
Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, diet cranberry cocktail, and vodka.
2. Add the ice and shake.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
4. Add the diet ginger ale. Stir.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
