It later became forgotten as other cocktails became more popular, but it’s now making a comeback as bartenders look to expand their repertoire of classic drinks.
2 Ounce Gin
½ Ounce Pimm’s No. 1
½ Ounce Crème de violette or Crème Yvette
1 tsp Orange Bitters
1. Stir with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
2. Add orange twist.
3. Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
