January 17, 2017: Bourbon & Boots Announces Affiliate Program
Bourbon & Boots, the Southern Lifestyle Brand announced today the launch of a newly created Affiliate program. The affiliate program allows for qualified partners to sell certain Bourbon & Boots branded southern inspired goods. The program is managed in partnership with ShareASale and Commission Junction. Bourbon & Boots private label products are already sold on national marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, Houzz, Wanelo, Dot & Bo, and Fancy. This affiliate program allows individual affiliate sites to also have access to the growing and highly desirable line of private label southern items., thus further extending the brand to a new and larger international audience.

August 10, 2016: Bourbon & Boots Adds Personalized Digital Gifting Capability
Bourbon & Boots, the Southern-Inspired Lifestyle Brand recently announced the addition of personalized interactive gifting to its commerce platform. The company disclosed the capability allows the gifter to purchase a product and designate it as a gift. The gifter provides email or mobile contact information for the gift recipient as well as type a personal note and upload a photograph or image. The gift recipient receives the personalized gift notification via email or text and has the option to accept the item as chosen or change to a same price product variant (size, color, etc). The gift recipient also provides the most desired postal address for receiving the gift, thus alleviating the purchaser from having to know the mailing address of the recipient.
July 25, 2016: Bourbon & Boots Completes One Year of Operation
Bourbon & Boots, the Southern Lifestyle Brand recently closed its accounting on the past year of operations since the acquisition in May 2015 of certain assets from the original founder of the brand. The company released to its stakeholders the following information regarding the trailing 12 months of operation, reflective of one year of operation since the asset acquisition. February 2, 2016: Bourbon & Boots Finalizes Media Acquisition
Bourbon & Boots, the Southern Lifestyle Brand announced today that it has concluded the purchase of Tales from the South, the southern story radio show and media company created and founded by Paula Martin Morell. Tales from the South is a showcase of writers reading their own true stories during a live weekly show. Stories range from funny to touching, from everyday occurrences to life-altering tragedies; all sharing their very personal experiences of living in the south. The tagline of the production has been “True Stories Told by the Southerners Who Lived Them.” While the show itself is unrehearsed, live recordings are curated into digital content that are consumed weekly through national public radio, satellite and internet streaming radio, podcasts, web stream, and RSS Feeds to over 50 million listeners in over 60 countries. Ms. Martin Morell will remain with Bourbon & Boots as executive producer of the digitally distributed content, continuing to ensure the writer submitted scripts and stories continue to deliver the authenticity of the southern living experience. The Arkansas live shows will be based in the Argenta District of North Little Rock and will be expanded to include video for digital and cable distribution. Additionally, the show will be immediately expanded to live events in the most historical cities and venues across all of the southern states to completely capture, celebrate, and share the diversity of the southern living experience.

Bourbon & Boots, the Southern Lifestyle Brand announced today that it has launched a wholesale division to distribute its branded merchandise to specialty retailers across the country. The wholesale division was launched 60 days ago and presently distributes 200 private label Bourbon & Boots branded products to approximately 20 specialty retailers across eight states. Each of the company’s private label products are uniquely southern; designed to capture, celebrate, and share the diversity of the southern living experience.

Bourbon & Boots, the peer to peer Online Artisan Marketplace announced today that certain assets of the company has been acquired by Bourbon & Boots Acquisition Company LLC, a newly formed operating entity owned by early stage investor xCelerate Capital, LLC. The new operating company has been capitalized to transition the brand to an international lifestyle brand celebrating and exporting the southern lifestyle experience through the development of its own private label branded merchandise and media content. The new operating team will be led by interactive commerce veteran Dustin Williams as CEO and will commence with immediate hires of at least six key operating positions. Bourbon & Boots, Inc. was founded in Little Rock, AR on February 2013 by Matt Price.
