This original watercolor painting serves as testament to the great state of North Carolina and as a reminder of the many treasures she holds.

North Carolina became one of the English Thirteen Colonies, and with the territory of South Carolina was originally known as the Province of Carolina. The northern and southern parts of the original province separated in 1729. Known as the “Tar Heel State” this painting celebrates the state, showing iconic locations from the Outer Banks to the Appalachian Foothills, from the Smoky & Blue Ridge Mountains to Mount Mitchell. Any Carolina Tarheel, Wolfpack, or Dukie would be proud to own this print.
