Morning Sunshine Smoothie

If you’re into drinks made with grapefruit juice, then this might be a worthy one you should try at least once. Not only is it full of vitamin C, but it can also put a smile on your face even in those grim, cloudy mornings.

The ingredients that you need for this one are as followed:

  • 1 juiced red grapefruit
  • 2 or 3 juiced tangerines
  • A handful (10-12) of frozen strawberries

The first thing you need to do is peel the grapefruit and the tangerines, juice them up and then add the frozen strawberries in the blender for a quick blend until it has the consistency of a puree.

Strawberry Forever Smoothie

Now let’s move our attention for a little while to drinks made with milk and what better companions for milk than bananas and strawberries.

Ingredients necessary for this drink are as follows:

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • ½ of a sliced, frozen banana
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup or honey

First, add the strawberries and the slices of banana, add the milk over them, then the honey and just blend them all until they become a puree. Feel free to adjust with sweetener if you wish so.

Minted Fruit Drinks Made with a Blender

When it comes to drinks made with orange juice, we picked this one because of its freshness brought by the mint leaf added.

 Ingredients needed are:

  • 1 peeled and sliced apple.
  • 1 peeled orange that is divided
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • 2 cups of seeded and cubed watermelon
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • A sprig of freshly bought mint

Now what you want to do first, is to juice the orange and the apple first, then follow that up with the pineapple. Transfer the result from the juicer to a blender, where you will put the watermelon, mint, and lemon juice. Now just puree until it has the smoothness that you desire. A perfect way of enjoying drinks made with watermelon.

Berry Boost Smoothie

 Just prepare the following ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond mil
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • A dash of cinnamon

Add all the blueberries, blackberries, cherries, and the banana first. After that, pour the almond milk, add the rest of the ingredients and blend it until it meets your smoothness and creaminess requirements.

Mango Bliss Smoothie

Coconut-Blueberry Smoothie

Out of all the drinks made with cream of coconut, we fell in love with this combination, and you will understand why when we list the ingredients and the end-result:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Paradise Smoothie

We had to make a stop in the department of drinks made with pineapple juice, so we chose to recommend this refreshing combination of pineapple and other fruits.

 Ingredient needed:

  • 4-5 slices pineapple
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 oranges/tangerines
  • 1 big handful of berries of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • Ice

After you have peeled and sectioned the oranges/tangerines, add them over the pineapple slices and juice them. Small secret: add a little water, so you get all the yummy bits from the blender walls. After you added all the ingredients, including the ice, start blending at low speed to crush the ices, and after that, you can increase the speed to smooth everything out.
